Byelaws, Maintenance Charges and Power Back-up Cases of Jamuna Apartments reach SDM Court
GBM /AGM of Jamuna Apartments called out by President cancelled
As per instructions of Punjab Govt. (SDM Kharar) the case of Byelaws is under the SDM Court. Hence No GBM /AGM can be called till the Byelaws are properly drafted, scrutinised & approved by all the Flat Owners of Jamuna Apartments.
Copy of the Byelaws to be circulated to all the Owners for raising any Objections & giving Suggestions before signing the Agreement with Association.
In the last hearing of the Byelaws case in the court of the SDM, Honourable SDM clearly gave a verbal order that no maintenance charges can be levied by the Jamuna Apartments RWA till the Byelaws are made and approved by all the residents collectively.
Maintenance Charges can be asked only from those residents who accept the byelaws and sign the agreement with the RWA.
Maintenance charges cannot be demanded from back date.
Residents complained to the SDM that power back up charges of Rs 20000/ were deposited with the Jamuna Apartments. In many cases, no receipts were issued. Now the question arises where has this money gone?
Has the builder handed over Rs 20 lakhs money of power back up charges to the Jamuna Apartments RWA?
Why did Jamuna Apartments RWA start with zero balance?
