More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges?                                  Photo of Gangster Balpreet Singh Kalsi & Mahesh Choudhary ----------------------Kharar City Police have arrested the dreaded Gangster Sardar Balpreet Singh Kalsi and other members of his gang i.e. Jagpreet Singh Kalsi and Mahesh Chowdhary. The trio entered the house of Shri Lovleen Taluja and attacked him, his children , his wife and his parents with Revolver and sharp edged weapons. Gangster Balpreet Singh Kalsi is the President of the Jamuna Apartments Resident Welfare Association and his associate Mahesh Chowdhary is a labour contractor of Jamuna Apartments. Jagpreet Singh Kalsi is the brother of Balpreet. The gangsters were very angry with Shri Lovleen Taluja because he refused to pay the illegal exorbitant maintenance charges.
