CORRUPT OFFICE STAFF OF JARWA JAMUNA APARTMENTS

 

Mr Shelley Sharma: She used to take Rs 5000 or more over and above that charged by the Punjab Electricity Bord for installing the electric meter of the residents. He has now been expelled from Jamuna Coloney by the Builder Family Group.

Mr. M Chowdhary: The labour contractor made lot of money by supplying labour workers to the Jamuna Apartments. He charged Rs 2 lakhs per month. How much did he actually pay to the labour workers? The labour contarctor is still living inside the Jamuna Coloney and still trying bad tricks.

Mr. N Paul: He charged Rs 2 lakhs for the security per month. Now the security charges being paid to the Guards are less than Rs 50000 per month.  He is now living inside the Jamuna Coloney.

 

The corruption by the office staff is one main reasons of very high maintenance charge of more than Rs 2000/- per monthly from poor /middle class flat occupiers and their owning people.

Remove Corruption from JARWA. Remove Corrupt People/officials.

RUPEE 40 LAKH FRAUD BY JAMUNA APARTMENT STAFF

  Life-timed once charges of Power Back-up charges of Rupee 20000 to Rupee 50000 per flat owner was taken by Jamuna Office people. These thugs did not issue any receitps. Even if 150 residents paid this unlegal money to corrupt staff, this money comes to rupes 50 lakhs or more. Builders M/S Bansals did not ask for this moneys. But corrupt staff that was Madam Shele Sharma, Labour contractor, Accountant Mr. Kaushiks etc. might have pocketted money. Appeal to Presiudents Welfare Associations to recover money from Jamuna Apartments office and issue receitps to the residents. Otherwise FIR/police complaint will be lodging.

Complaints against Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020)

More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges? Here is a copy of one such complaint lodged with the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kharar.   EO , MC, Kharar has taken cognizance of this complaint and issued a strict warning letter to the President JARWA (2020) and the MD Jamuna Apartments.
