Increase of maintenance charges by Mr. Lalit Bansal, builder of jamuna apartments from Rs 1862 to Rs 2500 per month without consent of the residents.

Mr. Bansal enhanced charges because Mr. Balpreet Singh Kalsi and Mr. Chahal fought with Mr. Bansal.

Mr. Rana assures Mr. Balpreet Singh Kalsi of full support. JARWA will be dissolved if the Interim Committee works in a transparent way.

Mr. Vikas Garg says that residents think that Interim Committee members are puppets of the Builder Mr. Bansal.

Father of Mr. Rana points out that the builder has not shown any Income/Expenditure Statement.

Mr. Balpreet Singh Kalsi says that his wife told him why he wanted to become President! Is he winning an Olympic Medal?

Mr. Vikas Garg says that the farmers give maximum abuses to Mr. Modi who works 18 hours.

RUPEE 40 LAKH FRAUD BY JAMUNA APARTMENT STAFF

  Life-timed once charges of Power Back-up charges of Rupee 20000 to Rupee 50000 per flat owner was taken by Jamuna Office people. These thugs did not issue any receitps. Even if 150 residents paid this unlegal money to corrupt staff, this money comes to rupes 50 lakhs or more. Builders M/S Bansals did not ask for this moneys. But corrupt staff that was Madam Shele Sharma, Labour contractor, Accountant Mr. Kaushiks etc. might have pocketted money. Appeal to Presiudents Welfare Associations to recover money from Jamuna Apartments office and issue receitps to the residents. Otherwise FIR/police complaint will be lodging.

Complaints against Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020)

More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges? Here is a copy of one such complaint lodged with the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kharar.   EO , MC, Kharar has taken cognizance of this complaint and issued a strict warning letter to the President JARWA (2020) and the MD Jamuna Apartments.
