Objections Raised against Jamuna Apartments, Earlier. Now U-turn
Audio Recording
Mr. Vikas Garg goes to the house of Mr. Rana and raises the following objections on the behalf of the residents of Jamuna Apartments against the builder Shri Lalit Bansal.
Objection No. 1: Increase of maintenance charges and lack of transparency Objection No. 2: Poor Maintenace Services in certain areas Objection No. 3: No redressal of grievances of the residents by the Jamuna Apartments Office Objection No. 4: lack of clarity for the purpose of maintenance charges (house or common facilities)Mr. Vikas further tells that residents should not go for the legal action. Even the SDM can be forced to pass decision by putting pressure on him. Why should SDM be concerned about the residents of the Jamuna Apartments?
Mr. Rana tells that residents have never gone first to the SDM. It was Mr. Bansal who had gone to the Police Station when the swimming pool issue cropped up in 2015. Again Mr. Bansal and not the residents have taken the issue of enhanced maintenance charges to the SDM now.
Why does Mr. Bansal not talk to the residents and resolve the issues? Why does Mr. Bansal approach the outside agencies? Why does Mr. Bansal not maintain the Jamuna Apartments brotherhood?
Mr. Mahesh Choudhary has been going to the police station regularly on behalf of Mr. Bansal.
Mr. Vikas Garg tells that conflict has arisen between the JARWA/residents and the Builder Mr. Bansal.
Therefore a new body of RWA should be formed which should take over properly and systematically the maintenance activities from the Builder. There should be proper handing and taking over. No adhocism.
Mr. Vikas Garg tells Mr. Rana to give support to Mr. Kalsi so that Interim Committee can function till 31 Mar 2021 and also conduct elections before that. Mr. Rana assures total support.
Mr. Rana also informs that the new RWA cannot copy the name of JARWA as it is a separate LEGAL BODY. An objection has been filed with SDM, Kharar. How can there be two bank accounts with the same name?
Mr. Rana says, ‘ Why don’t you accept maintenance charges of Rs 1852?’
