Maintenance Charges of Jamuna Apartments Reduced on Orders of the Punjab Govt

 JARWA (Regd 2020) President Shri Kalsi and Shri Mahesh Choudhary (Labour Contractor of Jamuna Apartments) were summoned by the Punjab Govt. Officials and ordered not to increase the maintenance charges thereby violating the Punjab Govt. Orders.

President JARWA Shri Kalsi and Shri Mahesh Choudhary have both signed the letter thus accepting the Punjab Govt. Orders. 

Finally the dispute has been settled amicably. Thanks to the JARWA (2015) & the residents who filed a complaint with the Punjab Govt. to get justice for all. Thanks to  Shri Kalsi and Mr. Mahesh also for finally obeying the Punjab Govt. Orders.

Now it has been decided that the residents will pay the following monthly maintenance charges wef 01 Apr 2020 (no GST charges are to be paid since the RWAs are exempted from the GST).

A Block : Rs 1,870/- pm*


B Block : Rs 1,570/- pm*


C Block : Rs 1,170/- pm*


D Block : Rs 350/- pm*

RUPEE 40 LAKH FRAUD BY JAMUNA APARTMENT STAFF

  Life-timed once charges of Power Back-up charges of Rupee 20000 to Rupee 50000 per flat owner was taken by Jamuna Office people. These thugs did not issue any receitps. Even if 150 residents paid this unlegal money to corrupt staff, this money comes to rupes 50 lakhs or more. Builders M/S Bansals did not ask for this moneys. But corrupt staff that was Madam Shele Sharma, Labour contractor, Accountant Mr. Kaushiks etc. might have pocketted money. Appeal to Presiudents Welfare Associations to recover money from Jamuna Apartments office and issue receitps to the residents. Otherwise FIR/police complaint will be lodging.

Complaints against Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020)

More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges? Here is a copy of one such complaint lodged with the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kharar.   EO , MC, Kharar has taken cognizance of this complaint and issued a strict warning letter to the President JARWA (2020) and the MD Jamuna Apartments. If they don't stop demanding unauthorised charges from the residents, strict action would be taken against them. Here is the copy of the warning letter.
