Mr. Kalsi is telling the builder that handing over of the maintenance activities can be done only if proper sewerage connection is given to Jamuna Apartments.
Mr. Singh is raising question about the borewell.
Mr. Kalsi is clearly telling the builder that society can take over only if all the necessary documents / bills / permissions are checked.
Builder is telling that he has not received any maintenance charges after 31 Mar 2020. He further tells that administration will get the elections held and the President will be chosen.
Mr Tarun Varshney is telling everyone to reconsider the matter implying handing over and taking over should be done properly and not hurriedly.
Builder further says that Mahesh won’t levy any manpower charges for one month till the society is not formed. Later all the charges would have to be given to Mr. Mahesh.
Mr. Singh clearly tells the builder that society would be registered only if all the records are clear and proper.
A lady resident is telling the builder that one month prior notice is a must. Builder agrees with the lady’s contention but requests the residents to manage the maintenance affairs on their own.
Few Questions arise.
Why the residents of Jamuna Apartments have not been given proper sewerage connection till date?
Where is the sewerage outlet of Jamuna Apartments connected?
Is the treated dirty water of STP being discharged into the lawns of the Jamuna Apartments instead of being sent outside the colony?
The borewell has been giving muddy water for the last few years. So is it going to fail in the coming days? Who will be responsible? The builder or the new JARWA!
Old JARWA (2015) had refused to take over the maintenance activities. Why?
Why has the new JARWA taken over the maintenance activities without proper handing over and taking over?
How come the person who was opposing the builder earlier has now become the President of the new JARWA that too without any elections?
