Few hot-headed Residents argue with the builder and create problems for the rest of the peaceful residents.

 Few hot-headed residents protested against the special treatment given to few privileged people. They gathered at the Jamuna Apartments Gate and protested. In the afternoon the builder arrived to pacify the angry residents and calm down. Here in the video, angry residents argue with the builder and raise many demands including pending dues of the previous years.

The builder was doing a fine job till this event happened. But the misbehaviour of the residents seems to have angered the builder who later enhanced the maintenance charges of the residents by almost 40 % per month. Had the immature residents not misbehaved with the builder, the builder would have never increased the maintenance charges that too during the corona pandemic. Builder is quite sensible and a gentleman at heart. Builder is not to be blamed but the few immature residents.
Surprisingly, these very people who spoke against the builder have become the office-bearers of the new JARWA (Regd 2020). These few residents have now taken a U-turn and are demanding enhanced maintenance charges from the residents which is against the orders of the Punjab Govt. It would be much better if the present JARWA Committee resigns and hold immediate elections. The immature residents who are now demanding enhanced maintenance charges must apologize to the builder.

    Builder surely office some bribe to the new committee which he created as per my opinion as people who were against him, today working for him like they are his employees since last many years... Strange but true

RUPEE 40 LAKH FRAUD BY JAMUNA APARTMENT STAFF

  Life-timed once charges of Power Back-up charges of Rupee 20000 to Rupee 50000 per flat owner was taken by Jamuna Office people. These thugs did not issue any receitps. Even if 150 residents paid this unlegal money to corrupt staff, this money comes to rupes 50 lakhs or more. Builders M/S Bansals did not ask for this moneys. But corrupt staff that was Madam Shele Sharma, Labour contractor, Accountant Mr. Kaushiks etc. might have pocketted money. Appeal to Presiudents Welfare Associations to recover money from Jamuna Apartments office and issue receitps to the residents. Otherwise FIR/police complaint will be lodging.

Complaints against Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020)

More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges? Here is a copy of one such complaint lodged with the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kharar.   EO , MC, Kharar has taken cognizance of this complaint and issued a strict warning letter to the President JARWA (2020) and the MD Jamuna Apartments.
