1. What about the maintenance charges of the showrooms?

2. What about the maintenance charges of the School?

3. What about the pending collection of maintenance dues of approximately Rs  15 lakhs for the year 2019-20? Should this money not be transferred to the JARWA?

4. What about the pending collection of maintenance dues of approximately Rs  16.4 lakhs for the year 2018-19?Should this money not be transferred to the JARWA?

5. Why did NEW JARWA try to increase the maintenance charges that too during the Corona pandemic?

6. Is new JARWA really bothered about the welfare of the residents of Jamuna Apartments?

8. A General Body Meeting has been called on 04 Oct 2020 to discuss these issues.

Comments

  1. Some People have no idea what is going on in society... Maintenance Charges of showrooms should be at least 6 times of Flat as per Market senerio but nai le sakte qki sab showrooms friends ko sale kiye hue hai aur agar school ki baat kare to wo abhi sister ko jagah di hui hai to sister se paise kaise lu...isliye let's fetch money from illiterate residents of Jamuna...I am right !!
