Mr. Vikas Garg announces Maintenance Charges to be increased

Mr. Rana’s father asks Shri Balpreet Singh Kalsi and Shri Vikas Garg 'why did Mr. Lalit Bansal go to SDM? Why did he not discuss the matter with the residents?' If builder can run the maintenance activities at Rs 1862 per month for 2 years, why does Shri Balpreet Singh Kalsi and Shri Vikas Garg want to increase the maintenance charges to Rs 2150 per month? Mr. Vikas Garg says that Society must keep extra funds with itself. Therefore maintenance charges to be enhanced. Mr Rana says that Rs 1570 should be charged as maintenance charges since RWA is exempted from the GST. Mr. Rana tells that Mr. Mahesh Choudhary has always supported the increase of maintenance charges. Father of Mr. Rana tells that the builder Mr. Lalit Bansal has been enhancing the maintenance charges from Rs 1200 per month to Rs 1852 per month without the consent of the Jamuna Apartments residents.

RUPEE 40 LAKH FRAUD BY JAMUNA APARTMENT STAFF

  Life-timed once charges of Power Back-up charges of Rupee 20000 to Rupee 50000 per flat owner was taken by Jamuna Office people. These thugs did not issue any receitps. Even if 150 residents paid this unlegal money to corrupt staff, this money comes to rupes 50 lakhs or more. Builders M/S Bansals did not ask for this moneys. But corrupt staff that was Madam Shele Sharma, Labour contractor, Accountant Mr. Kaushiks etc. might have pocketted money. Appeal to Presiudents Welfare Associations to recover money from Jamuna Apartments office and issue receitps to the residents. Otherwise FIR/police complaint will be lodging.

Complaints against Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020)

More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges? Here is a copy of one such complaint lodged with the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kharar.   EO , MC, Kharar has taken cognizance of this complaint and issued a strict warning letter to the President JARWA (2020) and the MD Jamuna Apartments. If they don't stop demanding unauthorised charges from the residents, strict action would be taken against them. Here is the copy of the warning letter.
