Shame Shame Mama Shakuni: Tresspassing & Security Breach at Jamuna Apartments Kharar

 A husband of a lady has reported the following:-

‘Dear All - Someone intentionally from Jamuna Apartment circulated mobile number of my wife to unknown outsiders without any information to us. We started getting wrong messages from unknown number. This kind of act is very shameful. We must maintain privacy of information shared to outsiders without consent of Owner.

 

Secondly, Unknown persons without my permission & consent reached my Residence and tried TRESPASSING in my house & were using very bad language with my Family in my absence. 

 

How Security persons have allowed them inside the premises without my consent?

 

Are we leaving in civilised society?

 

Can anyone share mobile number of Ladies to unknown people? We need to discourage such practices in future.’

 

Further the investigation by the Jamuna Residents has revealed that the a thekedaar alias Mama Shakuni (ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਜਿੰਦਾ ਦੁਸਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਮਾਮਾ ਸ਼ਕੁਨੀ ਹੈ) had passed the mobile number of the lady to the anti-social elements operating just outside the Jamuna Apartments.

Very very shameful incident, who so ever is circulating these information to any outsider should be kicked out of any Group or Society. 

 

If Security persons are not aware of duties, how can they allow outsiders to come inside without consent of Owners or Residents in Jamuna Apartments. 

 

Shameful act, very Sorry to know such incidents are happening. If any mishaps occur due to negligence of Security & the persons involved must be charged as per Law.

Complaints against Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020)

More and more residents of Jamuna Apartments continue to lodge complaints against the unauthorised and illegal demands being made by the Jamuna Apartments RWA (Regd 2020) which are against the Punjab Govt. Orders. Why are people being fleeced of their hard earned money in the name of unreasonable and excessive maintenance charges? Here is a copy of one such complaint lodged with the Executive Officer, Municipal Committee, Kharar.   EO , MC, Kharar has taken cognizance of this complaint and issued a strict warning letter to the President JARWA (2020) and the MD Jamuna Apartments. RUPEE 40 LAKH FRAUD BY JAMUNA APARTMENT STAFF

  Life-timed once charges of Power Back-up charges of Rupee 20000 to Rupee 50000 per flat owner was taken by Jamuna Office people. These thugs did not issue any receitps. Even if 150 residents paid this unlegal money to corrupt staff, this money comes to rupes 50 lakhs or more. Builders M/S Bansals did not ask for this moneys. But corrupt staff that was Madam Shele Sharma, Labour contractor, Accountant Mr. Kaushiks etc. might have pocketted money. Appeal to Presiudents Welfare Associations to recover money from Jamuna Apartments office and issue receitps to the residents. Otherwise FIR/police complaint will be lodging.
