Will the byelaws of Jamuna Apartments make the residents slave of………….?
(Please click the title of this post to read it.) As per the byelaws earlier floated by Jaumna Apartments/Developers, there seem to be certain controversial provisions. It is learnt that the proposed byelaws were earlier rejected by the SDM Kharar:- · Is Temple included in the jurisdiction of the Society/Board? The builder or his family member will have sole right over the temple. Has the society/board gifted the land to the builder for the temple? Does the land of Jamuna Apartment belong to the builder or the society? Once the flat is purchased, the builder won't be responsible for any repairs/damages. What about the manufacturing defects? Why should builder not get these rectified? It is well-known fact that Tower A-1 and many other towers have lots of manufacturing defects and its residents are suffering terribly.
